ADR-017: GDrive Folder Structure for BLAUWEISS-EDV-LLC¶

Context¶
The shared Google Drive folder BLAUWEISS-EDV-LLC (ID: 1qh0skTeyRNs4g9KwAhpd3J8Yj_XENIFs) serves multiple purposes:
- CLARISSA project artifacts (notebooks, benchmarks, credentials)
- Business operations (invoices, offers, contracts)
- Job acquisition pipeline (future)
- Team collaboration (CVs, profiles)
The current structure grew organically and is disorganized: - Files and folders at root level without clear hierarchy - CLARISSA-specific folders mixed with business folders - No clear separation between automation targets and human-edited documents
Decision¶
Implement a hierarchical folder structure that: - Separates concerns (CLARISSA, business, acquisition) - Supports automation (well-defined target folders for CI jobs) - Scales for team growth (Mike, Ian, future collaborators) - Follows German naming conventions for business folders
